Welcome to the Reading Conservative Future Website
Reading Conservative Future is for young people under 30(ish). We aim to bring young conservative-thinking people together for a range of social and political activities.
We organise events throughout the year; everything from meals to pub crawls and Speaker dinners to campaigning. Whatever your level of interest or commitment, there’s something for everyone!

Reading CF will be going for drinks and an informal discussion at the Bar Copa (formerly Hogshead and Outlook) on King’s Road, Reading, RG1 3BJ.

In the 2008 local elections we picked up a number of high profile seats, including Dave Luckett in Caversham who is a CF member.
Results:
Caversham - Conservatives gain from Labour
Church - Conservatives gain from Labour
Kentwood - Conservatives gain from Labour
Mapledurham - Conservatives hold
Peppard - Conservatives gain from Liberal Democrats
Thames - Conservatives hold
The current totals on Reading Council are now:
Labour 19 (-6), Conservative 18 (+4), Lib Dem 8 (+1), Independent 1 (+1)
